Joy has been an active member of the eDiscovery industry for over 15 years, working with, and developing advanced technologies and workflows to streamline legal document review.

Juan regularly represents technology and life sciences companies in international arbitrations under the rules of the major arbitral institutions (LCIA, ICC, ICDR, SCIA, HKIAC). Juan’s practice also includes investment-treaty arbitration in cases involving disputes with States.
